1. Processing Times

Note on Perfumes: Due to postal regulations regarding liquids and alcohol content, perfumes may be restricted to “Ground Shipping” only in certain regions. This may slightly increase delivery times.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Delysia Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. See our Refund Policy for instructions on how to report damaged items to us.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Delysia Beauty. Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and fragrances), we maintain strict health and hygiene standards. Please review our policy below:

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Lashes: For hygiene reasons, lashes can only be returned or exchanged if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

  • Perfumes: Perfumes may be returned only if the box is still shrink-wrapped and unopened. We cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or unsealed.

  • Timeline: You have [e.g., 14 or 30] days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items returned with broken seals or damaged packaging.

  • Products purchased during a “Final Sale” or clearance event.

  • Shipping costs from the original purchase.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken perfume bottle or crushed lash box), please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery.

4. How to Start a Return
